User Profile Images

The following guide will walk you through how to change a user’s images within your blog.

Log in to your admin area

The first step is to log in to your Ghost admin area, where you can control all of your blog’s content and settings. You can find your blog admin area by going to yourblog.com/ghost and entering your login credentials.

Click “Team” from the admin menu

This will direct you to the “User Management” area.

Click on the user you’d like to edit

Next, click on the user you would like to edit.

Click author image circle

Directly to the left of the displayed username is a circle with a generic author image. Hovering your cursor over this circle will reveal a link that says, “Edit Picture.”

Next, click on the circle (“Edit Picture”) to open the image uploader box.

From here, you can click inside the image uploader box to browser your computer for an image, OR you can click on the chain link icon to add an image from a URL. When you’ve uploaded/selected your image, click on the blue Save button to save your image as your author image.

Click “Change Cover” to change the cover photo

To update/change your author’s cover image, click on the “Change Cover” button.

This will open the image uploader box again.

To add/update a cover photo, you can click inside the image uploader box to browser your computer for an image, OR you can click on the chain link icon to add an image from a URL. When you’ve uploaded/selected your image, click on the blue Save button to save your image as your author cover photo.

Save the author profile

When you’ve finished, click “Save” in to top-right corner to save your changes.
